How the missed lead calculator works
The model multiplies new monthly leads by the share missed or delayed, your close rate, and average job value. It then applies your estimate of how much a better response workflow could reasonably recover.
This is not a revenue forecast. It is a scenario model. Use CRM, phone, form, and scheduling records to replace assumptions with observed data.
What counts as a missed lead?
- A call that reaches voicemail and receives no timely callback
- A website form that is not assigned to a specific owner
- An ad lead that receives a generic response but no useful next step
- An estimate request that is not followed up consistently
- A lead that falls outside business hours with no acknowledgement
What to measure next
Track lead source, created time, first useful response, assigned owner, appointment status, estimate status, outcome, and value. Compare the same metrics before and after any workflow change.
